  3. By installing this software, you agree to be bound by the terms
  4. and conditions of the software license agreement set forth in this text. 
  5. You are granted a non-exclusive license to use the software and 
  6. documentation according to the terms set forth in this agreement. 
  7. All ownership and copyright to the materials in this package, 
  8. both software and documentation, remain exclusively with the author.

  10. Our FREE controls and components may be redistributed with your product
  11. to any number of customers, royalty-free, provided the control does not
  12. constitute a substantial portion of the value of the distributed application.

  15. copy, reproduce, or transmit any part of the software or documentation in 
  16. any manner for any purpose whatsoever, except to make archival copies as 
  17. your protection against the loss of the software. Any archival copies of
